Ski Lessons: c. 1959 In the winter of 1958-59, the area's ski school program moved to the new Mt. Shasta Ski Bowl. It had previously been held using the surace lift at Snowman's Hill on the summit of Highway 89 between Mt. Shasta and McCloud. Kids bussed from as far away as Yreka, Tulelake and Burney for the skiing lessons. Images from the collection of Ted Graves, © Ted Graves. Permission is granted for educational and personal use.
