Yreka's Kenneth Ruben-King and Virgil Dibble: c. 1950s Two of Yreka's "town characters," Kenneth Ruben-King and Virgil Dibble. One of the things I remember fondly is that Yreka, being a quiet, gentle little town, was always kind to these two, who added incredible local color. They were part of our town, and I think we all remember them kindly.
